In recent years, we have a breast augmentation technique using the patient’s own fat. We have the latest water-jet-assisted liposuction technology using the BodyJet Evo. This method allows us to extract fat through liposuction and, after a refining process, inject the fat into the breast, performing breast augmentation through fat grafting.

Reduction Mammoplasty

Women with large, sagging breasts can alleviate problems such as back pain, neck pain, irritated skin, and other symptoms. The procedure involves reducing the size of the breasts while sculpting the bust to achieve the best possible shape.

We recommend spending one night in our surgical center. These procedures are usually performed under general anesthesia. It is normal to experience some pain and swelling in the first few days, which can be easily managed with painkillers.

Mastopexy

In many patients, the problem is sagging breast skin accompanied by drooping of the entire bust, affecting the shape of the breast (breast ptosis). The procedure is designed to lift and improve the appearance of the breasts without removing breast tissue.

It is indicated for women who are not necessarily elderly but whose breasts have lost the firmness of youth due to “aftereffects” of pregnancy, breastfeeding, significant weight loss, natural breast involution, loss of skin elasticity, etc.

The surgery is always performed in a hospital setting, usually under general anesthesia, with a 24-hour hospital stay. In some minor cases, the correction can be done under local anesthesia with sedation provided by the anesthesiologist on an outpatient basis.
