Facial fillers

It is possible to fill any facial area when the indication is correct, both for the area to be treated and the filler used. The most frequently filled areas are the nasolabial folds, lip contours, periocular wrinkles, marionette wrinkles, and between the eyebrows. After treatments, the area is slightly swollen from the injections, and some bruising may appear, which will disappear after a few days.

Lipofilling

Facial Lipofilling in Cádiz (facial rejuvenation through fat grafting): Lipofilling is a powerful tool for facial rejuvenation. It can be used to add volume to areas such as the cheeks, chin, or jawline. It can also be used to correct sunken cheeks or temples. It is not uncommon to perform lipofilling to completely reshape the face, achieving overall rejuvenation. In this sense, it is possible to slightly lift facial tissues without the need for a facelift or by performing a much less aggressive procedure than if lipofilling had not been used simultaneously. For all these techniques, a large amount of fat is not required, so relatively thin patients can benefit from it.

Chemical peels

It involves applying a chemical agent to the skin that accelerates the normal exfoliation process, resulting in subsequent regeneration and improved appearance. Peels can be more or less deep depending on the problem being treated. They can improve everything from fine wrinkles and superficial pigmentation to deep wrinkles, seborrheic keratoses, acne scars, melasma, and more. Before a peel, a treatment must be performed to prepare the skin (especially in medium and deep peels) with creams that will be applied at home to improve the subsequent penetration of the product and thus reduce its side effects. After the treatment, the skin will appear healthier, with increased smoothness and elasticity, diminishing signs of aging, dark spots, fine wrinkles, and minor irregularities.

Resurfacing with fractional CO2 laser

The CO2 laser precisely and uniformly removes the skin's surface, layer by layer, allowing for clear definition and selectable depth. The immediate contraction of collagen fibers improves wrinkles and corrects sagging skin. It is a very useful method for rejuvenation. The fractional system allows for rapid recovery within a week. It can be applied to the entire skin surface (face, neck, décolletage, hands, etc.). It is indicated for all ages, is repeatable, and can be combined with other techniques. It improves pigmented lesions (such as solar or senile lentigo), wrinkles, and enlarged pores, and normalizes skin texture and acne scars.

Radiofrequency Contrage

Radiofrequency is a technique that heats the skin by emitting energy. The combination of both energies (monopolar and bipolar) causes changes in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. This energy produces collagen contraction and realignment (through partial denaturation) and neocollagenesis. It has a tightening effect, restoring firmness to the skin. RF-induced transdermal thermoliposis reduces cellulite and localized adiposity. It facilitates and enhances the destruction of adipose tissue, aiding its mobilization and drainage, and eliminating fat deposits noninvasively. The contraction and realignment of collagen and the synthesis of new collagen produce skin tightening. The result is firmer, more youthful-looking skin. The biostimulating effect of RF increases blood circulation and promotes the reabsorption and drainage of retained fluids and toxins. It is very useful as a complementary post-liposuction treatment.

Superficial mesotherapy

Mesotherapy consists of the superficial intradermal administration of medication. Combinations of vitamins and trace elements are generally used. Microinjections are made at a very shallow depth throughout the treatment area, administering minimal doses each time. This technique is used for cellulite, localized adiposity, and facial aging. For cellulite and localized adiposity, we use drugs that promote lymphatic and circulatory drainage, lipolytic drugs, and drugs that act on connective tissue. We improve the appearance and quality of the skin and reduce fat deposits. A follow-up session is performed every 3-6 months. For facial aging, we use drugs that stimulate tissues to recover their natural biological function. The result is overall rejuvenation, firming and rehydrating the skin, and also smoothing wrinkles. A session is performed every 15 days or every month.

Lymphatic drainage massage

It is very useful for treating problems of chronic venous insufficiency, cellulite or post liposuction.
