Our health psychologist Irene Arroyo Quirell specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity, with extensive experience helping people facing challenges related to food and mental health. Her therapeutic approach, based on the cognitive-behavioral paradigm, allows her to address not only the symptoms of these disorders, but also anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships.
In addition to her training in psychology, she holds a Master’s degree in Eating Disorders and Obesity and a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology, which qualifies her to treat a wide variety of mental health problems. Her commitment to the well-being of her patients also includes support for children with learning difficulties, cognitive developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders, demonstrating her vocation to improve the quality of life of people of all ages.
