facial fillers

It is possible to fill any facial area when the indication is correct for both the area to be treated and the filler used. The most frequently filled areas are the nasolabial folds, lip profile, periocular wrinkles, marionette wrinkles and frown lines.

Lipofilling

Facial lipofilling in Cádiz (facial rejuvenation through fat grafting): Lipofilling is a very powerful weapon for facial rejuvenation. It can be used to give more relief to areas such as the cheekbones, chin or jaw. It can also be used to correct depressed cheeks or temples. It is not uncommon to perform lipofilling to completely reshape the face in order to achieve an overall rejuvenation. In this sense, it is possible to slightly lift the facial tissues without the need for a facelift or in a much less aggressive way than without simultaneous lipofilling. All these techniques do not require a large amount of available fat so that relatively thin patients can benefit from them.

Chemical peels

This involves applying a chemical agent to the skin that accelerates the normal exfoliation process and then produces a subsequent regeneration and improvement of the skin’s appearance. Peelings can be more or less deep depending on the problem to be treated. They can be used to improve everything from fine wrinkles, superficial pigmentation to marked wrinkles, seborrhoeic keratosis, acne scars, melasma, etc.

Fractionated Co2 laser resurfacing

The CO2 laser precisely and uniformly removes the surface of the skin, layer by layer, allowing clear definition and selection of the desired depth. The immediate contraction of collagen fibres improves wrinkles and corrects sagging skin.

Contrage Radiofrequency

Radiofrequency is a technique that uses the emission of energy to heat the skin. The combination of both energies (monopolar and bipolar) causes changes in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. This energy produces a contraction and realignment of the collagen (by partial denaturation) and neocollagenesis. Tightening effect, restoring firmness to the skin. RF-induced thermoliposistransdermal therapy reduces cellulite and localised adiposity.

Superficial mesotherapy

Mesotherapy consists of the superficial intradermal administration of medication.

Generally, combinations of vitamins and trace elements are used. The microinjections are made at a very shallow depth and all over the area to be treated, administering minimal doses each time.

This technique is used for: cellulite, localised adiposity and facial ageing.

In cellulite and localised adiposity we use drugs that promote lymphatic and circulatory drainage, lipolytic drugs and drugs that act on the connective tissue. We manage to improve the appearance and quality of the skin and reduce the accumulation of fat. A follow-up session is carried out every 3-6 months.

For facial ageing, we use drugs that stimulate the tissues so that they recover their natural biological function. The result is a global rejuvenation, reaffirming and rehydrating the skin, as well as reducing wrinkles. A session is carried out every 15 days or every month.

Lymphatic drainage massage

It is very useful for treating problems of chronic venous insufficiency, cellulite or post liposuction.
